Ancient magnifying glass necklace, medal of the Virgin and pearl

Necklace composed of a goldfilled chain with paperclip mesh combined with a large old magnifying glass set on gold plated, dating from the 1950s, an old medallion of the Virgin in gold plated, a pink drop pearl and a peach quartz medallion on plated gold.
